Simon Moody Leadership Coaching provides outcomes-based coaching for senior executives operating in a highly disruptive world. Our coaches have previously held leadership positions in global organizations. We relate to the challenges our clients face because we’ve been there.

Our goal is to empower our clients to uncover profound strengths while addressing behaviors that can diminish effectiveness. With an autonomy-based approach to coaching, we believe that the best work is done by our clients between coaching sessions.

Executive COACHING 1:1

We work with senior global executives across multiple sectors. Time and time again, our clients tell us that the value we bring is rooted in our personal business experiences, our clear thinking and ability to get to the root cause, and a deep appreciation of the complex dynamics for leaders today.

Our executive coaching programs extend from six months to two years and many of our clients choose to go through an immersive simulation in month 3 that focuses on communications techniques under stress. Using a proven case study, our clients undertake a series of virtual meetings with senior executives featured in the case study - all the while being observed by a master coach. Our faculty role-playing are all ex-CEO’s and we consistently receive 5-star feedback on this module of the program in exit interviews.

Our executive coaching business is based on referrals. Over 6 years, we have never pitched to a client. We prefer to focus on the joy of our craft and if we do that well, we know, from experience, that new and wonderful clients will be introduced to us.

GROUP COACHING - ExECUTIVE TEAMS

We work extensively with CEO’s and their leadership teams.

We are not “cookie cutters”. We listen to our senior clients - often the CEO and the CHRO - to unwrap the central issue for the team. In most cases, we run assessments on each team member ahead of the session, in order to highlight the level of effectiveness of the team. In the majority of cases, we work over the long term with our clients - designing a program of sessions, with a strong focus on activation and accountability set against goals that have been established at the early stages of team coaching.

As senior leaders who have spent significant budgets on training and development in our previous business lives, we are conscious of the short-term outcomes that often come from ‘team building’ days. Successful team alignment comes out of a shared self-awareness and commitment to accountability and self-evaluation. We believe in the value of ‘accountability partners’ that make it harder for us to look away from the mirror.
