Simon Moody is an MCC Certified Coach and former business leader. He has deep insights into the challenges facing global organizations. He has lived and worked on multiple continents and brings an enlightened coaching experience to his clients.

As the CEO of Simon Moody Leadership Coaching and Founding Partner of its training arm Impact for Leaders, Simon’s main goal is to delight every client. Since leaving corporate leadership positions in 2015 to set up a coaching practice, he has never ‘sold’ to anyone. Having partnered with over 200 client companies since 2015, each one of those came from a recommendation. Simon’s view is that “if I have to go out and sell what we do, it’s not working.”

Simon works with CEO’s Boards and Executive Leadership Teams to unlock potential and drive effectiveness. His focus is on behavioral adjustment and change. He has little time for Training Programs that work in the short term but lack the legs to infuse organizational change. His senior-level enterprise experience offers a system-wide lens to problem solving.

Simon’s partnership with Nile Rowan is a driving force for innovation on the training front and their chemistry is a significant influence on the success of their training programs.

As a Certified ACC Leadership Coach, Nile Rowan brings over 30 years of business leadership in global companies. A sought-after coach and mentor, Nile has a style that is all his own. With an approach that is dynamic and always relatable to the real challenges of business, Nile tells it as it is, to enable his leaders to quickly get to the heart of the matter.

Most of all, Nile’s interpretation of what is really going on in the room is both uncanny and transformative. As a senior C Level leader, he has seen multiple examples of coaching and learning and development initiatives that failed to make an impact. In his work, he is highly focused on application and accountability. For Nile, each leader should leave with a sense of “I can do this”, knowing they have the support of the coach should they stumble or fall.

Working 1:1 with senior leaders across different sectors, Nile’s focus is always on forward momentum for the executive. “Coaching is not about constantly looking in the rear view mirror,” says Nile, “it is about leaning into the challenges and empowering my clients to unwrap solutions that are often already in front of them. A great deal of the work is done between our sessions as the executive steps back and reflects on what was said and unsaid.”

Prior to turning to the coaching profession, Nile held C level roles both on the agency and client side. This included 10 years with WPP – the world’s largest communications, brand and media company. Prior to this, Nile spent nine years at Levi Strauss &Co., heading up global insight with a high focus on Latin America and Asia. He was also tasked with heading up major initiatives around the world.
